After creating an account and downloading the app, navigate to the Tournaments section, select a tournament you're eligible for, and click "Join Tournament." You may need to pay an entry fee for some tournaments.
Prize money is typically processed within 24-48 hours after a tournament ends. Processing times may vary depending on your payment method and location.
We currently support PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, Mobile Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, and several other popular mobile games. New games are added regularly.
Go to your Wallet section in the app, select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals may take 1-5 business days depending on the method.
Report suspicious activity immediately using the "Report Player" feature in the app or by emailing security@tournamaster.com with the tournament ID, player username, and description of the issue.
