Each tournament may have specific rules that govern participation and prize distribution. By entering a tournament, you agree to abide by these rules.
Tournament prizes are awarded according to the rules established for each tournament. TournaMaster reserves the right to cancel or modify any tournament at any time for any reason.
All prize payments are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms.
All content on TournaMaster, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TournaMaster or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TournaMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
